I can offer to do it free just for fun and only if you speak English or Cantonese because I don't speak Mandarin. I'm new to Ottawa but have been doing accounting work in Edmonton for over 10 years and also volunteering for 20+ years. Actually I was surprised that the Ottawa Chinese Community Service Centre does not offer free tax clinic here.
Anyway, send me an e-mail at micky8@gmail.com if you are interested as I don't visit this site every day. We will be doing the tax returns together around Baseline and Woodroffe in the evenings or weekends. Others who need help are also welcomed provided that the above conditions are met.
