用电话卡在手机上打长途，为啥还要付long distance 的费用

郁闷！
今天收到fido 的账单，我用电话卡在手机上打往中国的电话，被charge 了长途电话费用，15分钟要17.22。

是不是可以complain.

It's impossible for Fido to know that you are dialing long distance, because you dialed the local calling card number. They can only see the calling card number, and have no idea about any digit you enter after that (your PIN, then your destination number).
The only explanation is that you forgot to use the calling card. During the spring festival it's very hard to call China with a calling card, and sometimes you have to make lots of calls to get through. Maybe you forgot to use the calling card once during all those calls (and maybe that's how you got through).

仔细看看帐单， 你用卡打中国电话的那行和前后两行的“打出时间” 和“持续时间”看看有没有什么不妥的。

我用ROGERS的就发生过同样的事情， 当时我帐单的两行打出时间是一样的，而且同样的分钟数。 我是不可能在同一时间打出两个电话的，所以他们把费用退给我了。
