I think for the last section: "Do you have any question?". I will avoid all the sharp questions.
They hire because they need certain skillset, they fired because the skillset is no longer needed.
Therefore, if they interested in you, and you like to gain some experience by working with Nortel. Then you should ask question regarding the position, the hiring processes, and the daily life of such an employee like me.
