a cellphone set or a cellphone plan

Hi, i am looking for a cellphone or can sublet a cellphone plan.
i am going to stay in ottawa until aug, but i need a cellphone now.
i am thinkging if i can get a cellphone set then i can buy a pre-paid service monthly.

or i can sublet a cellphone plan if u do not need it. but please tell me the details of your plan.


i am not quuite sure which one is better, what dou thhink?
