Have a few question regarding auto insurance in BC:
- Is it true that you can only insure with ICBC?
- My father, who is 65 and has an equivalent G-class license (from Quebec),but cannot provide clean record history, was quoted a rate of $2000/year for a $7000 car, doesn't that sound too high?? is insurance rate higher in BC than the rest of Canada?
