There are some sealer at HD you can buy to seal the leak. If only few shingles shows signs of worn, the roof is still ok for few years.

If your garage roof is more than 14 years old, it's probably time to replace it. I recommend contacting a few different roofers for quotes and references. vanityroofing.ca
