Key Skills:

Strong knowledge in Call Center software development

A high degree of knowledge and working experience in developing software with
Nortel CTI interfaces, in particular the Meridian Link Services Interface,
Symposium and other related products

Experience in developing with Microsoft Server products, C# and .NET

Experience in developing call processing software, preferably for an Automatic
Call Distribution (ACD) system
Experience in one or more of the following skills is considered an asset:

Experience with Aspect, Avaya and other CTI interfaces

Experience in ECMA CSTA, SIP and other protocols

Design experience with C, C++ and Linux

System and application optimization skills

Good working knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming & Design concepts.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent, in engineering or computer science and a minimum
of five years of C/C++ development experience.
