Interesting. But I read a different version when I was little. I remember she escaped BEFORE Huang Shiren had a chance to take her in his house. So there was definately no kid in the version that I read.

Does anybody know this real story: many many years ago, a group of soldiers were watching this show. One young soldier got so angry at the bad guy Huang Shiren, he got up to the stage, took out his gun, and shot what he thought was the real bad guy... ...
