  ●愤怒时不要做决定;

  ●打败敌人后不要侮辱他;

  ●不要让那些认为你轻视他的人靠近你;

  ●统治国家要公平,不要因为心软而使不能改邪归正的人逃脱惩罚;

会重视你们之间的友谊;

  ●决定了就不要后悔,发现错误要马上改正;

  ●多做好事;既要依靠头脑,又要依靠力量;

  ●统治要公平,计划要周全;

Agree, almost

Our only tiny difference would be that I'm reluctant to make value judgement. On Mao, Saddam or any others in similar positions. I'm afraid of lack of objectiveness.

I'm not implying in any means that a mature mind should avoid the word "Good" or "Bad" in any circumstances. Also I understand that I'm TRYING to be objective dosen't mean I can guarantee to achieve perfection.

yes,you are right, we could not simply call a man good or bad

but i would rather call Saddam a bad guy not because his political opinion, but his bloody action towards people especially someone who betray him
