Great neighbourhood, a huge park and the school is virtually at your doorstep. Awesome location if you plan to have a homecare or after-school care. Can be noisy in the morning and afternoon on a typical school day when kids are being dropped off or picked up. You might need to wait a good 5 min before you can drive out of your driveway. Other than that, new Farmboy and Scotia Bank are nearby, bus stops are few steps away.
