Please help to look at if it is reasonable.
I buy a premium lot and it label $4000. When sign contract, it cost $4000+$153(GST). But all GST rebate(for premium lot and regular house price) is back to builder. This is to say, I pay $4153 to the premium lot.
I have a form(from builder) to show : the base price, updating price, premium lot price, how to calculate GST rebate etc. Please let me know if interested.
