I've noticed that most of Joan's listing prices are 'very reasonable' compared to other agents' (hence the reason she is one of the top agents in Canada!), this has both pros and cons for a seller: she provides a fair market price of your home, chances are it will be sold fairly quickly and reasonably. On the other hand, you won't be able to fetch higher prices. Good luck!

I've never met Christine in person, so can't comment on her, but judging from her picture, she seems to be an honest agent.

I've dealt with ANNA OSTAPYK before, she is impatient and does not seem to want to make extra effort to sell you a house.

买房找JOAN SMITH ，价钱偏低。卖房找 CHRISTINE HAUSCHILD 有很多非常好的建议，卖出较高价。

ANNA OSTAPYK is only interested in high selling price houses (like ~$500K). If she "thinks" you can't afford such a price range, she will just neglect you until you step out.

JOAN SMITH is indeed quite a fast seller.
