need help on Portraits

hi everyone,
i have been using DSLR and PS for couple years; however i am not able to tune the pic like the following

the model's skin is so pink and white

can anyone show me the correct way (in details) to adjust the skin tone in order to achieve the result as the pic

你是说白平衡问题么？也许应该在channel调整时候加入一些兰和绿，色调会变黄使得肤色显得自然一些，然后再在色饱和度中减掉一些兰和绿，去除白色中被加入的黄色调，最后再用level做微调。

can u explain in details how should u get it done by ps

I would like to have the whole pic in the PALE tone.
i try to use saturation; however , it doesnt look right to me.
using saturation just make the whole thing turn into so dual and flat.

can anyone show me how can i change to tone like the following
the color is kinda saturated but on the other hand it gives people a feeling on PALE and CLEAN. I dont think its the problem from WB or over exposure (not considering outside of the windows)

it would be nice that if u guys can show me step by step in details, since i am still a newbie on PSing.

i need it urgent, since i need to ps whole bunch of pics for my online clothing store
thx alot.

I need the the feeling of pale and clean for the whole pic like above, also pink and white on the model's face

我是新手，初学PS，说错了不要打我：
1. 在某个菜单（记得是第三个）中选择adjust->channel
2. 在蓝绿channel中增加一些，整体色调会变黄。如果只想改模特的脸部，就选中脸部再调整
3.选择同样一个菜单，adjust->hue/saturation
4.减掉一些蓝绿的饱和度
5.同一个菜单，adjust->level，作最后微调。

Basicly, you need change your model to who are shown in your picture.

no need to adjust anything here. pretty good shots.
white balance is good.
