Faq's:

Do I still get unlimited downloads during this Free Period?

Yes, all Free trial accounts come with unlimited downloads and uploads.

Do I get regular support while using your free trial DSL?

No. All support will be limited to this forum. If you call our regular support line or email our support department they will not know you exist.

Do I need to contact my current provide to take advantage of this offer?

No. All you need to do is change the PPPoE login info.

Mind you that when you are logged into their network, and if you contine to check email (using plain password not encrypted), they could possibly capture your passwords and computer information and online purchase and what websites you visited etc..and many other things (for quality control or whatever excuses). Also read their privacy policy carefully.

比如偶一直用Bell Sympatico high speed internet, 但听说Acanac的high speed也不错，而价格只有bell sympatico的一半，所以，很想试试。但又担心Acanac的不象传说的那么好。因此，就可以在保留bell sympatico的同时，免费试用一下Acanac的high speed internet。 如果试用后很满意，就转到Acanac; 如果不满意，就继续用bell sympatico。 不会损失什么，也不带来什么麻烦。

至于你说的第二段话，对所有internet provider都是一样的。

我已经用了，acanac. 没有什么区别，不是免费的。 如果有MODEM， 二天就可以要了。速度可以超过4MB。
