I WILL NOT go back to Mai Mai Salon. I made the appointment with Mai Mai a month ago, I spoke with her. Everthing is okay. Double check the date and time with her. But when I went there, and wait for her for more than 30 mins. She told me my name is not on her appointment book. I have to re-schedule another appointment again. I was so mad. There are more than 1 good hair salon in Ottawa. And also, everytime she charged me different prices. Sometimes $20, sometimes $22, and sometimes $28. But I never asked, I do not care how much she charged. And even you made the appointment, she is never never on time. Always behind schedule.
All I could say is She is okay.. But I WILL NOT go back. My time = Money. I do not want to waste my time ( more than 30 mins for doing nothing)

I had the same experience. I stop go to Mai Mai for almost half years. I tried the one that cross the street. It was okay. Acceptable.
