BIOS有问题，请高手帮忙

开机自检后提示：mbultra133 (pdc20276) bios is not installed because there are not drives attached.

bios 文件我已经找见到了，不会装。瞎装后，提示:cmos错误.
我的主板是：GA-8IEXP-2.0
RAM: DDR333 512M
CPU: P4 2.54
