I think you need to see it first before you make an offer. The rent I ask has its reasons:

1. The house is all furnitured and has all the entertainments which everyone has access to it . I just bought it and did a lot of renovation in it.
2. The location is very ideal for both CU and OU students, one bus only.
3. The people who live in there now, I and my friend, are both easy-going and fun people.
4. A lot of privacy if you want, not like those shared apartments.

If you are really price concerned, we can try to make some alternative arrangements.
