请教,我一年后递技术移民申请,可行吗?

我刚到加拿大一个月，有几个有关移民的疑问请教各位。

1. 我在国内本科毕业，现在加拿大读硕士，我打算在加拿大呆满一年就递申请，在填学历的时候我是填硕士还是本科呢？有没有这种可能，我填硕士，等一年后审到我的时候我正好硕士毕业，再补硕士毕业证。
2. 我在国内有三年多的工作经验，看过buffalo的checklist需要工作合同公证，一共和以前的公司签了两份合同.第一份是从2003.07-2004.07,找不到了,公司人事也没有存.....只有一份从2005.01-2007.12.31的,去做了公证。我申请移民的时候是不是也就能算两年多的工作经验了?我又单独做了一个工作经历的公证，证明在公司工作是从2003.07到2007.03.不知道这两份一起交上去可不可以？能弥补回这部分工作经验吗？
3. 还有，我在现在学校做一年RA算多少工作经验啊?能算一年吗?
4. 我现在的情况：教育 20 语言（有信心拿4个7） 16 工作经历(算三年)19 年龄 10 Total 65. 如果算是硕士, 工作经验都能算上,再加上RA的工作经验,也够分了.

各位觉得我这样的情况一年后可以递申请吗?非常感谢....

如果没有硕士毕业证就不能算硕士的，因为学历的证明要一起寄过去的

还有RA一年好像只能算作半年工作经验，因为不是全职的

再问问,适应分能加上吗?但是在CIC的网站上这么写的:Completed at least two years of post-secondary education in Canada since the age of 17.我递申请的时候也就读了一年.不知道有没有这样的先例.

You need to wait till you get your Master's Degree before you can claim it. They assess you as of the date they receive your application, not when they interview you. But they will consider the improvements in your situation upon interview time.

For example, you have three years work experience now. When you submit your application, you would have 3.5 years (of course they don't count half year.) By the time of your interview, you would have 4 years of experience. Then they would consider your experience as 4 years.

Your education is Bachelor degree now. When you submit your application next year, you are still only a Bachelor. But by the time of interview, you are probably a Master's degree holder. They will upgrade you to the higher mark.

But, but, but ... you must score minimum 67 when you submit. Otherwise they will refuse you.

Do you have relatvies in Canada? Do you have a spouse that has a Bachelor's degree? Do you know any French? If your answer to these questions are all NO, then you need to finish your TWO years of study before you can submit. Or you can find a Canadian company who is willing to hire you upon your immigration success ... mind you that is a long journey and very few Canadian employers would be willing to wait that long or give such a long term promise.
