Look on the yellow pages for "Auto Trim" shops or "Vinyl" Shops. Or if its simple, buy the vinyl yourself and cut the designs. By the way what car do you drive? If you like you can check out [交流] 玩儿车的请进。。。关于改装的问题（附图）We are all armature modders in there, maybe we can help
