Why would you change the caliper pin if it's not damaged?
Example:When you go to a garage to change pads, would they charge you caliper pin in the parts list? Most of time, they don't unless it's seized or damaged. Every time when you re-install the caliper pin, it should be lubed, so it won't seize. If it seized, then it will be a safety concern.
