看中一个barrhaven的房子,MINTO Nevada model。是个corner房。大门和车库朝东,间接临Crestway Dr. (和Crestway Dr中间隔了一条小马路和很窄的一条隔离带。中间没有其他房子,只有一点草地和稀疏的几棵小树). 因此有一个小卧室正对着Crestway。主卧和另一间卧室有朝南的窗户(因为是corner,房子侧面有窗户),也能看到Crestway上的车。

1. 如果买这个房子,会不会比较吵。不知道Crestway是不是车流量比较大。
2. 这种间接临大路的房子会不会影响以后的卖房。

对这个房子其他方面非常满意,就是担心这个location,很犹豫。想听听大家的意见。 非常感谢。
 
五分钟前刚听律师说过, 很多人不喜欢CORNER LOT. 朋友中卖房确实有这个问题的.
 
street side yard set back in Zoning By-law is much bigger than the interior lots. It's in certain degree pertect you, however, if the street become busy, then you may want to plant trees and bushes to pertect yourself.
 
From my past experience, corner lot tends to get more wind. Also, the lawn does not grow as nicely (due to the high traffic especially if there's widewalk, damages from winter snow plowing..), and you get more litter too. Just my 2 cents..
