where to donate cord blood in Ottawa?

I will deliver my baby soon and I'd like to donate the cord blood to some medical agency since cord blood is so useful and it could even save someone's life. I called Ottawa Public Health and the hospital, they could not find any local medical agency who will accept cord blood donation.

Anyone could help me find a medical agency in Ottawa? Thanks
