How is the lease buy out

I saw a post as below and I am interest in it. But I have no idea about lease buy out. What's the difference between lease buyout and immediate buyout? How do you guys think about the price. Thanks for the advice.
2005 Toyota Matrix,13 months left on lease at $315/month. lease buyout is $9618. immediate buyout is $12 979. 4 new tires. 61 000 km used so far. 96 000 km allowed after 4 years. a/c. cruise. power lock. standard. light blue. slight dent on car will be repared if need be.

it's just money thing, depending on what you think. Lease buy out is that you lease the car for a period of time first, and then you decide to buy the car or not. If you buy it after the lease term, it is lease buy out.
Immediate buy out is simply buy the car immediately.

随便说说，两个比较，现lease 后买315*11+9618 =13083， 直接买断12979 相差只有100多而已。其实不必太费心，建议你先lease 给自己一个缓冲的时间看看到底是不是真的喜欢这辆车想长期的拥有它。只是针对你的问题，比较lease-buyout 和 immediate buy out 的区别。

但是，如果从DEAL的角度来说，可以考虑自己LEASE 一个新的，价钱不会差太多，而且相信你上边的这两个价钱都是税前的，另外有可能TAKE OVER LEASE 还有一个DOCUMENT FEE, 二手车的SAFETY CHECK, 6万公里左右的车，也基本上到了要换轮胎的时候了，还要明确这个车是 LEASE RETURN ACCEPTABLE CONDITION, 不然有可能以后还要小修小补的。 杂七杂八下来，不见得会便宜多少，而且毕竟是二手车，颜色配置都是定死的，没的选。

2007 PONTIAC VIBE 现在5年0利率买，2.9 4年LEASE,如果很喜欢MATRIX,建议考虑一下VIBE,因为从机械的角度来看，他们是完全一样的车。

没有什么车是最好的，只有什么样的DEAL是最适合你的。
