父母探亲求教

我有移民身份，想邀请父母来加探亲。邀请信该怎样写？还需注意什么？
他们已经被拒签一次了。那时我们没有收入。现在我在打工。我们经济上没有问题。需要出我父母自己担保自己的手续吗？

我们那时有点积蓄，生活上能过的去，但是也不算多。我父母办自保，他们提供存款证明。结果还是被拒。
