Yes, they are. Each item cannot exceed 100 ml and must be stored in a clear, resealable plastic bag no larger than 1.0 liter. These plastic bags are provided at the security check point.
It will not affect your facial products if you put them in your checked baggages.
谢谢大家。我也已经在加航的网站上查过了,原文如下:
The maximum quantity of liquids, gels and aerosols permitted in carry-on baggage is 100ml/100g (3.4 oz.) per article. These items must be placed in one clear, closed and re-sealable plastic bag no larger than one litre (one quart). There is a limit of one bag per person, which must be removed from carry-on luggage and placed separately in a screening bin at airport security.
That's right, it only gets colder when luggages are in the compartment during the flight, as I remember the in-flight monitor always shows the outside temperature of -40, -50!!.
Also, I brought some frozen food once from Vancouver in the middle of summer, when I arrived, the food was still frozen solid!
Check with the airlines and local airport. They have very specific instructions on what and how much of them you can bring in. Gel, cream is considered as liquid matter for air travel, as far as I remember. If the volume is less than 100ml, it might be ok. Better double check with the specific airline and airport.
