[请教] 父母移民的文件

正在给父母准备移民资料，表格中要以下文件：

Your original “hukou” or that of the head of your household.
这个是指我父母的户口本吗？难道是要把户口本原件寄进去？那需要用怎么办啊？

Original marriage certificate and clear legible photocopy.
这是说结婚证书的原件吗？结婚公证书管用吗？

记得以前看文档说，中文文件需要翻译公证，并把公证原件寄上

In the application kit [Appendix A checklist], there is a clear instruction
for this.
"If your documents are not in English or French, send a notarized/certified translation with a copy of the originals".
Thus for both Hukou and Marriage, just
send notarized documents.
Actually for many seniors who may not keep their original marriage certificates, they
just need to get a notarized marriage
relationship with their photo but without a photocopy of the original and it is fine.
