请问中国大使馆可不可以办理在中国和每次回国的无犯罪记录证明？谢谢～

Very likely not. Call China embassy to confirm.
You can authorize your friend/family members in China to get the "police clearance" or "notarized certificate of clean criminal record". You may request the China embasssy authorization document and send the authorization letter(certified/notarized by China embassy) to the person in China who will assist you in getting the criminal record clearance. Or, probably no authorization letter is necessary.

You will need to provide a couple of ID photos for agency in China to process, the photo will be affixed to the certificate. Oddly, that kind of criminal record is not provided by police station or other law enforcement agency. But most of people don't have a criminal/arrest record, anyway. That's something nice about self-disciplinary social order.

Criminal Record is usually for long stay in a certain country.
If the purpose is for visit ( less than 180 days ) usually this period will not need any record.

Think, if the government of china cannot catch you means you are safe from criminal record. If you are involved in any criminal and the chinese government already has enough evdience to charge you. Then once you are in Custom, then you will be arrested.
