不对，要看是什么东西，出产地为何处。通常20元以下的东西都要交关税，而且在上完关税后再加GST和PST。

Why only 20元以下的东西 will be TAXed?

是$60以下的的GIFTs免customs and tax free( See CCRA web site and 旧帖 in this forum).但是我从eBay上买了Camcorder and CD burner, the seller marked them as Gifts when shipping, I have never been charged for tax and customs when I picked them off from Post Canada.

Just my experience.
