想装卫星电视,找谁？

有谁知道除了 Bell Express Vu 以外，还可以找谁装卫星电视？听说许多人装了可以接收北美许多频道，包括中文频道的锅，却不知性价比如何？是否合法？
近来想装一个，又看到 Toronto 抓了经销商，不知如何是好了。
有明白人请赐教。

It has many problems, when it is rainning, the signal will be weak. Now
it is completely not working. I call the sillybear, the service is not always available.

If you check his support website, you should be able to fix the problem easily.

There is a disruption yesterday. But the solution was offered on the website almost instantly.

sillybear is nice., I believe your system need tuning , my system is working very well , no matter weather..

btw, we didn't pay any service fee monthly or annually, I don't expect the guy's service as Bell or Rogers ( actually their service more sucks)
