我们于今年二月买了房, 律师为我们买了$350的产权保险. 可是我们至今没有拿到有关保险手续.
打电话催要了很多次, 大多情况律师正在会其他客人没时间接听电话, 有时会接听告诉我们一周内一定寄给我们, 但N周过去至今仍无音信. 现在我们打电话过去, 秘书会告诉我们一会儿给我们回电话但永远也不会回电给我们.也就是说我们再也没有机会和律师说上话了. 也不可能给秘书发太大的脾气, 因为她也是给人打工, 且态度不差, 想去登门找律师, 无奈没有预约根本见不到他的面.
敬请好心人给出个主意我们该怎么办, 如何早日拿到产权保险手续? 不胜感激.律师有无上级部门可以请我的律师尽早给我们属于我们的手续?
I bought my house in this Feb. We were asked to pay $350 for title insurance by my lawyer and were told we will get the insurance document soon. However, we still haven't got our title insurance mailed to us as promised until now. We called many times to ask when we can actually get the document. In most of the cases, the lawyer were too busy to answer our call.
We really want to get our insurance. It will be very much appreciated if somebody can suggust us how to get the document from the lawyer ASAP.
