We, Lucy Zhang and Bill Ma, are Permanent Residents of Canada and currently reside at 888 Brock St. Windsor, Ontario N9C 2V2. We are inviting Wanda Xu, our mother, to visit us from February 23, 2003 to May 23, 2003. She will bring our son Johnathan Ma, who is a Canadian citizen, back to Canada. We will take full financial responsibility for Wanda Xu’s stay in Canada and guarantee that she will return to China before the expiry date of her visiting status.
