Qualifications:
1. ECCE Diploma
2. Working Experiences in Public and Private daycare
3. Standard current First Aid Certificate
4. Current police reference check
5. Demonstrated experience with children, preferably in a child care environment
Responsibilities:
1. Supervise children using a team teaching approach and guide them in their physical, social, emotional and cognitive development in accordance with the philosophy of the program.
2. Work with the children in a group while retaining sensitivity to each child’s individual needs.
3. Set up and put away equipment each day
4. Be familiar with the persons who can pick-up each child
5. Maintain a professional atmosphere at all times in dealing with parents and the general public.
