房屋保险每年涨吗？

收到保险公司的通知单，今年的房屋保险涨了$100。对比了一下去年的POLICY，完全一样。
哪位有类似经验，帮忙指点一下。先谢了！

They tried on me this year too. But I called them , they did discounts here and there. I ended up pay the same thing.
The good things is they increased my insurance value. It is needed since building cost went up.

I called the company. The lady improved my price immediately. It is almost back to my original price with the house value increase.
