Human Resources Client Services provides a wide range of HR and people strategies, consulting, initiatives, practices and services to all T&O groups in Canada, the US, UK and Asia.
Resourcing secures top talent at all levels in an effective, timely and fiscally responsible manner, and provides hiring managers with complete, end-to-end management of the recruiting process.
Key Accountabilities / Activities:
The Resourcing Coordinator is a critical support role within Human Resources T&O Resourcing to ensure the Resourcing process runs efficient and effectively. Working as a value added partner with Resourcing Consultants, the Resourcing Coordinator will be accountable for a variety of tasks including:
Creating Job Postings and sending to Resourcing Consultant to broadcast via RMS
Creating Hard Copy Recruitment folders
Schedule short-listed candidate interviews with Hiring Mgr/Team
Interview Room bookings for Resourcing Consultants and/or Hiring Mgrs/Team
Preparing offer letters/packages
Creating offer packages on a regular basis and ensuring all the correct documents are in packages
Couriering/hand delivering offer packages as required
Processing all Pre-Employment Screening (PES) requests
Pre-Employment Screening forms tracking ? offer letter out, ensure Pre-Employment Screening forms are submitted & processed in timely manner
Sending out Corporate Security report daily
Follow up with vendors/candidates regarding outstanding information (PES)
Updating new hire report
Archiving Recruitment Files
Participate in team meetings and projects as needed
Secondary Responsibilities:
Provide back up for the other Resourcing Coordinators (offer letters or PES)
Coordinating Workshops (i.e. Hiring Stars); presentation material, certificates etc.
Involvement in Resourcing Projects
Facilities Management on for resourcing team office locations(maintenance of printers, photocopier, tenant services etc.)
Contacts:
Liaise with CIBC internal employees at all levels, throughout the organization, including senior management.
External applicants, vendors and suppliers
