This can be surpressed only if the employee is not eligible to work in canada.

If anyone who is eligible to work in Canada, they are under Employement Act, and others to protect themself. If the employee is slipped and/or injury during the normal schedule of hour within a designated location appointed by employer, even its the lunch time or break time. The employee is protected.
