[问题] Parental Leave EI 钱

妻在美国工作,夫在渥大华上班.今年结婚,明年生子. 夫是否可领 parental leave EI 钱?

I know if both husband and wife work in Canada, the total weeks of E1 is 35 weeks.
You could call HRDC to find out your scenario.

AS my understand, there is no problem that the husband apply the full 35 weeks parental EI, the case is same as Wife has no work or wife does not apply parental EI.

the EI does not count where you work. just count whether teh applicant pay the EI ( deduced from payroll)
