Description:
The Credit Risk Solutions (CRS) ¡V Reporting team is responsible for the delivery of projects and support of systems related to credit risk reporting for various lines of businesses. The World Applications Support Team is primary focused ongoing support and enhancement work for a group of 2-5 applications.
This position will report to the IT Manager and be focused on the support for the Risk Reporting suite of applications, including analysis, design and implementation of any enhancements.
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
„Ï Conduct program/ system research, analysis, design and problem resolution
„Ï Ensure defect free programming by testing and debugging
„Ï Participate in identifying and recommending development/testing solutions/tools in support of project objectives
„Ï Develop, implement, maintain and improve solutions/processes that maximize system availability, efficiency/ effectiveness and minimize/prevent problems/ issues
„Ï Adhere to existing processes/standards, technology architecture, risk and production capacity guidelines and objectives; plan, monitor, test and escalate issues as required
