depends on the square footage, if it is not too large of space, you might want to try End of the Roll

If you plan to hardwood the whole house (i.e. living room, stairs, bedrooms etc..) I recommend you to buy premium grade hardwood (they are not cheap), it will look nice once it is done.

if you would like to have them to install for you, then you will have room to negotiate. Otherwise, on the material itself, they don't usually negotiate the price. But you can always try.
