For townhome centrepoint is not bad 27-28 w comparing with many new townhome over 25w. These home are all over 10 years but most of them are good condition.I will buy there if I am townhome shopping.

but at 35w there are lots of very nice house you can buy. You even can get one at kanata lake.

Never heard of it. Where did you get the info or rumor?

As far as I know, Centrepointe's 治安 is very good.

As far as I know, Centrepointe's 治安 is very good.

Too bad, it's true. I read from the EMC local newspaper. And I am looking for a video security camera now.

Sat Aug 4, around 5am unknown suspects set a samll fire in the rear of a redience on Plunkett Cr. The homeowener extinguished the fire.
Thu Aug 9, on Dalecroft Cr. two suspects were seen placing a burning recycle box on the front step of a home.

There are some low income houses (social housing) distributing in centrepointe, and I think that it might be the reason why several "break in" cases happened in this area during the last year.

By the way, minto is starting building 270 condominium (appartments, Terrace homes and tome homes) in this area (just beside city hall), there might be an impact to the current house prices in this area.

Beside these points, centrepointe is a good area in ottawa.
