No. You have change the power supply, unless your PC has a "real" 110v-220v unversal power supply. I bought a PC from China a few years ago, it has a 110v/220v switch. However, it doesn't work here. I opened the power supply, found it didn't have any cable on the switch at the 110V side. It is a fake one. I had to buy a 110v one here to replace it.
