关于移民后的学费问题

听说如果以后移民了 可以把现在上学的部分学费退掉 请问是真得么 要怎么做呢??

如果你9月份把学费交了，10月份把移民拿到了，你就可以把9月份交的钱拿回来
不过之前的任何一毛钱都拿不到
