need a place at a convenient location

i am looking for a room /living room in a house or apt.
it would be better for me to live near the bus way station, such as
smyth, hurmand, etc.
alta vista is also consindered.
i hope the rent is everything included, including a phone, internet.

i am a single female, no pet and no smoking, and no partying.
