yes there is a microsoft in Ottawa, its close to IKEA, Pincrest

There is no "RD Office" in Ottawa, maybe except some sales or support engineers. The positions are mostly in US (probably 90% in redmond headquarter)

Is it hiring directly by Microsoft or just hiring for contracted people who will work in MS though?
