Someone help me with my computer?

I have a HP computer, Parvillion 2000. Something was wrong with its LCD screen and HP customer service replaced a new one for me but in the meantime they killed its soft ware. Now, its hard wares are normal, but it needs to install soft ware. HP customer service can not help in it.

Can someone help me?
