请教大家关于gas price protection plan

买下房子2个月，已经来了至少3个公司的人推销他们的gas price protection plan / gas saving plan之类的，好像是5年合同，今年锁定gas 32cent/m3，后四年锁定38-39cent/m3。另外他们也推销hydro的类似价格锁定，我还没明白具体价格。

:flaming: 但是这些sales似乎都有点无耻，上次一个说他们是government的plan，我差点信了，后来发现也只是个类似卖保险的公司，感觉是在蒙骗我这种无知的first-time house buyer；今天来的印度人要把我的账单拿走，说每个人都买了他们的plan，都会把账单给他，然后要我签contract，说签了也无所谓，没有责任，我一听这种话就让他走人了。

请问大家这种plan有必要签吗？目前美元贬值时候有降价的趋势吧，32到39cent的价格锁定划算吗？

我从来不买这些,原由有二，
一是象gas,hydro这些项目，价格再变应当是老百姓能承担得起的，所以不用太担心。
二是买的没有卖的精,有些人给人感觉不可信。

是不可信， 朋友有上当的。说是GAS价固定， 但是DELIVERY FEE是可变得，等GAS涨价时，DELIVERY FEE就涨了。而且很难终止合同， 朋友说化了几个月才终止。所以就十分小心。而且，张嘴就骗人，说是政府部门的，侮辱我们的智商。

Delivery Fee is different from gas supply fee. Delivery fee is charged by Enbridge, your gas distributor, even if you have a gas supply plan with a market supplier. Since the projection of future gas pricing is going down, at least for this winter, it may not be necessary to have a plan at this moment unless the price is under 30c. The price from Enbridge at this moment is around 26c.
