How to setup CIA's voice terminal

I want to know who has installed CIA's voice termial. I have just switched my local phone from Bell Canada to CIA with a free high speed internet($39.99). I have tried to install the Linksys voice terminal from CIA. However it doesn't work. Who has some ideas? Thanks!

Thanks. I have setup CIA's voice terminal. I registered the local phone with a free high speed internet. It costs $39CND. It is very good price. My local phone is working right now. If anyone has some troubles with the CIA local phone, please contact me.I love to help you.
