After checking their policy package, I discussed with my friend about the "promising" return rate and "penalty" terms. It turns out I knew much better than this agent about their plans. Even I wrote a program to show him the actual return wave.
A lesson from this is: never trust words from other's mouth - sometimes even they don't know what they are saying; check the paper by yourself carefully; don't complain of being cheated because of our failure to verify the things by ourselves.
