有人知道kanata lakes 的urbandale 建筑商江新开盘的single house ，从7月份说将要开盘，一直到现在也没有开盘，到底是怎么回事？究竟什么时候开盘？为什么迟迟不开盘了？

I was a big fan of Urbandale and had been waitng for their new release in Kanata Lakes, but since they could not have their houses ready, I switched to Richraft in June, now even though my house will be ready late next year, its price has increased more 30 thousands...
