Free Thermostat Off

请问大家是否受到HYdro Ottwaw关于Free Thermostat off 的信？
我不太明白装他们的这个调温器好不好？（我已经有一个自动调温器了。）
特请教。

You will lose the right to adjust temperature for air conditioner. In summer, they may raise your room temperature by remote controller at peak hour. You can only overwrite their setting twice in summer.

You save more money, but will lose the control for room temp in summer.
