If I were you, I would look for a properties management company to take care the appartment/condo units.

If you pay someone, pay for their professional services.

Real Estate Agent = provides professional services to sell and buy properties.

Properties Management Company = provides professional services to manage properties.

If you are renting a condo apartment, you can simply tell the management company of the condo and they will find the renters for you. People often rent the condo apartment by simply calling the building's management company and ask for any unit for rent.
